Jonathan “Finn” had a liver transplant at five years old due to acute liver failure. Although it was not always easy, he lived life to the fullest. Jonathan was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in July of 2018. He bravely completed his five rounds of chemotherapy. On October 22, 2018, days after his final chemotherapy infusion, Jonathan peacefully passed away. He fought his cancer valiantly and was convinced that he would win his battle and be able to continue to live an extraordinary life. Jonathan's spirit and love of life continues to shine in those that were lucky enough to know him. He leaves a legacy of strength, courage, humor, style and the optimistic idea of a better tomorrow.
